Poor service. Terrible food. It took 2 hours from ordering to receiving food. When the food came it came out 2 meals at a time. Frozen food heated up poorly! I would not recommend.

Hot chocolatey drinks are perfect for taking a break from snowboarding or skiing on the mountain.
Normally enjoy a dinner and drinks at Alpen Inn, but tonight nothing was right. Poor service, with a wait over 2 hours, and all the meals weren't served. The dining room was at best 25% full, so I don't know what the issue was. Very disappointed.
